Supervise all student activity and provide a safe <br />environment for those enrolled in the program. <br /> <br />4. Organize exhibits or performances at the culmination of <br />segments of instruction. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Promote the arts program to the site's <br />population and maintain maximum enrollment. <br /> <br />student <br /> <br />6. COMPENSATION <br /> <br />City agrees to pay, and CONTRACTOR agrees to accept, for <br />said services, at a rate of $30.00 per hour, with a total sum not <br />to exceed $3,000.00 dollars. CONTRACTOR shall submit a detailed <br />invoice for all hours worked. <br /> <br />Payment by CITY shall be within thirty (30) days <br />receipt of said invoice for work performed during the <br />month, subject to CITY accounting procedures. <br /> <br />following <br />preceding <br /> <br />6 . INSURANCE <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall obtain, <br />policies of commercial general <br />form, with a combined single <br />per occurrence. <br /> <br />at its sole cost, a <br />liability insurance, or <br />limit of not less than <br /> <br />policy or <br />equivalent <br />$1,000,000 <br /> <br />Such insurance shall: (1) name the City of Santa Ana, its <br />officers, agents, representatives, employees and volunteers as <br />additional insureds; (2) be primary with respect to insurance or <br />self-insurance programs maintained by the CITY; (3) contain <br />standard separation of insureds provisions; and (4) give to CITY <br />prompt and timely notice of claim made or suit instituted arising <br />out of CONTRACTOR's operations hereunder. <br /> <br />2 <br />
