PUBLIC CO~ENTS <br /> <br />Karol VanZant, 2201 W. First Street, reported that he was still having <br />problems relative to the leasing of his building to a prospective tenant <br />whose business did not meet Santa Aha Municipal Code requirements for this <br />space. He indicated that he had difficulty in understanding the City <br />Attorney's opinion regarding the matter and asked whether he had any <br />further appeal rights to the City Council. No action was taken by the <br />Council. <br /> <br />Park Chapmanj 918 N. French Street, reported a problem with his landlord, <br />and requested the Code Enforcement staff investigate overcrowding at 918, <br />1014 and 1016 French Street. The Mayor referred Chapman to Robyn Simpson, <br />Executive Director, Planning and Building Agency, for assistance. <br /> <br />Rita Corpin, Chair of the Cable Television Advisory Board, encouraged <br />those Councilmembers who had not yet done so to provide nominees for the <br />remaining two vacancies on the Advisory Board.
