EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />A. Consultant will prepare and instruct students in Skyhawk Sports Camp and Basketball <br />camp for a one week session during the summer hours as follows: <br />Skyhawk Mini Camp & Soccer camp will be held at the Santiago Park: <br />Skyhawk Mini Camp for children 4 -7 years old from July 29, 2002 - August 2, 2002 <br />and Skyhawk Soccer Camp from August 12 -16, 2002. <br />Skyhawk Basketball Camp will be held at Salgado Community Center from August 5- <br />August 9, 2002 for children 6 -14 years old. <br />B. Consultant will provide and be responsible for equipment, records, personnel and <br />clean up of the facilities and material necessary to insure the effectiveness of said <br />instruction. <br />Class Size Registration <br />A. The minimum number of participants is 10 per class, <br />B. Pre - Registration is required. Shall be accepted up to the first week of class. <br />C. In the event the minimum number of enrollees is not realized by the second week <br />of classes, the class shall be canceled and Consultant will be under no obligation <br />to provide services, and City will be under no obligation to pay Consultant <br />compensation. <br />Fees <br />A. The fee to participants shall be no more that $ 100.00 per session per enrollee, for <br />the full day camp and $92.00 for the mini camp to the consultant. No refunds shall be <br />made to participants, unless class is canceled by the Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Agency. <br />B. City shall collect said fees from each participant in the class during the period of <br />registration. Consultant shall not collect fees and refer participants to Center office. <br />City agrees to pay Consultant eighty -one percent (80 %) of the total fees within <br />fifteen (15) working days after completion of said class period. City and Consultant <br />agree that City shall retain twenty percent (20 %) of the fees collected. <br />C. Consultant agrees that City representative shall be entitled to audit Consultant's <br />records to insure compliance with the Agreement. <br />
