MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />APRIL 17, 1990 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem John Acosta in the <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, at 5:43 p.m. Councilmembers <br />present were Ron May, Patricia A. McGuigan, and Rick Norton. Also present <br />were City Manager David N. Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk <br />of the Council Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />Councilmember Daniel E. Griset joined the meeting at 5:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Dan Young and Councilmember Miguel A. DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (AGENCY ITEM 2.A.) <br /> <br />Disposition and development agreement relating to the sale of property at <br />the Auto Mall by the Community Redevelopment Agency to David Michael <br />Shepard of the Chrysler-Plymouth/Isuzu dealership. <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Register on April 2 and April 9, 1990. <br /> <br />The Mayor Pro Tem opened the joint public hearing of the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency and the City Council regarding the proposed sale of <br />property at the Santa Aha Auto Mall at 5:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation of staff report, Redevelopment Commission recomendation and <br />staff comments by: Cindy Nelson, Executive Director, Community <br />Development Agency <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by Janice C.
