<br />i3UFUIN::E HUlON HLt <br />NORK MAY NOT PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />I1f1TE- '3 -- I :3 ~ DCc <br /> <br />0: FrrL'; (I) THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 21st day of February, 2006, by and between <br />(01- GttiwJ Basilio Associates, Inc, ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />("City"), collectively referred to herein as "the Parties". <br /> <br />A-2006-033 <br /> <br />SIXTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The Parties entered into Agreement #N-200l-l82, dated September 13,2001, hereinafter <br />referred to as "said Agreement", whereby Consultant has provided architectural services in <br />relation to City's building maintenance projects. <br /> <br />B. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Scope of Services and increase the Compensation <br />to provide for additional services in relation to fire control measures. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, <br />the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to add a paragraph b, which will read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Consultant shall prepare engineering documentation and architectural drawings for an <br />automated fire door to be constructed at the base of the City Hall lobby stairs. Said door shall be <br />integrated with the new fire control system and comply with all current code a fire requirements." <br /> <br />2. Section 2.a, COMPENSATION, is hereby amended to increase the compensation $25,200.00. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Sixth Amendment to said Agreement <br />the date and year first above written. <br /> <br />PATRICIA E.
