Environment Now <br />Grant Agreement <br />Page 6 <br />COMPUTER SOFTWARE <br />The grantee certifies that it has instituted and will employ systems and controls appropriate to <br />ensure that, in the performance of this contract, state funds will not be used for the acquisition, <br />operation or maintenance of computer software in violation of copyright laws. <br />AMENDMENT <br />Except as expressly provided in this agreement, no change in this agreement shall be valid unless <br />made in writing and signed by the parties to the agreement.
