Fourth Street <br />PO Box 1988 M-21 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Smith: <br /> <br />TouchVision is pleased to submit the following proposal to the City of Santa Ana for the on-call <br />kiosk services: <br /> <br />On-Call Support <br /> <br />Description: <br /> <br />This service provides teclutica1 support to customers under a per-incident billing arrangement This service <br />provides gap coverage for customers that have elected to decline a standard Touch VISion support program. <br />On.aIl support is designed to provide a method for Touch VISion to continue to offer support to customers <br />that are operating and maintaining their network appliance independent ofTouchVlSion. <br /> <br />" Remote labor minimum is I hour <br />" Onsite labor minimum is 4 hours. <br /> <br />Procedures: <br /> <br />1. Customer notifies Touch Vision Service of the need for support. Customer provides as much detail <br />about the incident as possible. By requesting service, Customer agrees to pay Touch Vision the current <br />on-cal1 support fee. <br /> <br />2. TouchVlSion tecluticians address the issue using appropriate methods that can include remote and/or <br />onsile diagnostics and problem resolution. <br /> <br />3. TouchVlSion submits an invoice for services provided. Invoice is due on receipt Pricing for labor is <br />based on the published labor fee schedule current when the service is performed. Direct expenses will <br />be charged at cost plus the current administrative markup. <br /> <br /> <br />As you are aware, the existing On-ca1l Kiosk Maintenance for the City of Santa Ana will expire <br />on February 28, 2001.
