Rate schedules are <br />available upon request. <br /> <br />OTHER PROJECT CHARGES <br /> <br />Subcontractors and Eouipment Rental <br /> <br />The cost of services subcontracted by URS to others <br />and other costs incurred by URS will be charged at <br />cost pillS 15%. <br /> <br />Communications <br /> <br />The cost of communications including telephone, <br />pagers, cell phones, network communieations <br />facsimile, routine postage and incidental cop;ing <br />costs will be charged a flat rate of 4% of total gross <br />labor charges, ' <br /> <br />Computers <br /> <br />The charge for use ofin-house computers for '.c.,". <br />spreadsheets, word processing and other similar\" <br />functions is $10.00 per page: The charge for use'6f <br />Comp~terAided .Design and Drafting (CADD),'{' <br />Graphics generation, Geographic Infonnation:'i',"< <br />Systems (GIS) modeling applications and similar'" <br />technical computing is $25.00 per hour. ' <br /> <br />Vehicles and Mileaqe <br /> <br />" ,'.-' <br /> <br />Field vehicles (pick-ups, vans, trucks, etc.) used on <br />project assignments will be charged at $75.00 per <br />'day.
