<br />(:7 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />N-2001-O 39 <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WOnK MAY PP.C,~;::;:!) <br />Ui'ITIL li~SUH;..:~" [.>:?12[5 <br />7 -0/-0/ <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />O~JE: '1 - I f -0/ <br /> <br />( 'j( {5 <br />. fir/. <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULT ANT AGREEMENT, is entered <br />into on 'pn~~ q., .200', by and between Young Olympians, a <br />California corporatio ("CONSULT ANT') and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of Cali fomi a ("CITY"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A The parties entered into an Agreement dated September 20, 2000, ("AGREEMENT") <br />by which Consultant has instructed students in Youth Self Defense <br />from September 21,2000 until January 5, 2001. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew the Agreement for an additional six month period. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in the Agreement, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Paragraph 3 of the Agreement, Consultant and City agree to renew the <br />Agreement for six months, beginning January 8, 2001 and ending June 30, 2001. <br /> <br />2. Consultant shall continue to perform those services and accept payment as set forth in <br />Exhibit A of this First Amendment, attached hereto. The total sum to be expended <br />under this First Amendment to Consultant Agreement shall not exceed $1' ,000.00 <br />during this renewal term. <br />
