<br />3. ADAPTIVE REUSE OF SPURGEON BUILDING <br /> <br />No submittals of plans from Jay Meehan at this time. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />4. DOWNTOWN RESIDENTIAL PARKING UPDATE <br /> <br />Danell Mercado stated that the Association is not meeting until January 2006. <br />She shared with the Committee a DRAFT letter to be sent out immediately <br />informing the loft owners of their option to parking in the Downtown Parking <br />Structures. <br /> <br />5. LOFT SURVEY UPDATE <br /> <br />Danell Mercado will make further contact with the Association in writing asking <br />for responses to the survey to be returned in a self-addressed sta,mped <br />envelope. <br /> <br />6. SANTA ANA BOULEVARD RENAISSANCE PROJECT <br /> <br />Lucy Linnaus, Assistant Planner, reviewed with the committee the boundary lines <br />of the study area. Staff asked the committee for input on three areas of the <br />boundaries. The boundary line next to French Park will remain the same. The <br />area west of Logan will be included, as well as the cut out at Grand and First <br />Street. <br /> <br />Pat Whitaker provided the committee a map that delineated which properties <br />within the study area were Agency owned. The committee requested staff to <br />provide a write up on which properties could be potentials for demolition due to <br />nuisance and unsafe conditions <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />7. PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) 4TH Street Pushcart Status- <br /> <br />The manufacturer made the umbrellas for the carts in rainbow colors. Staff <br />informed the manufacturer that a solid color such as maroon or green would <br />be more acceptable. The manufacturer is getting estimates to change out the <br />color to a solid.
