PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />Taken out of order. <br />b) SC Gas Buildinq <br /> <br />Dave Ream reports that Chapman College is primarily interested in the <br />YMCA Building. However, the Chapman College proposed use is <br />inconsistent with Council direction. Staff will encourage Chapman College to <br />give further consideration to the SC Gas Building in the Artists Village. <br /> <br />138-13 <br />
