Painting of the <br />exterior is necessary to repair and prevent damage due to normal <br />exposure to the elements. The contract will provide for painting of <br />the sun exposed east and south facing window mullions. Painting will <br />improve their appearance and help in maintaining clean, attractive <br />facilities. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on December 9 and 12, <br />bids were solicited.
