The property is bounded by industrial and retail uses to the <br />north and east in the City of Tustin and borders the Newport Freeway <br />(SR55) along the east property line. There are industrial and wholesale <br />retail uses to the south and west (Exhibit 2). The subject property is <br />owned by Public Storage Corporation and is approximately 8.04 acres in <br />size, rectangular in shape and improved with public storage buildings. <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />Sprint PCS is proposing to lease 760 square feet of space at the south <br />edge of an existing public storage building for a 50-foot wireless <br />facility and equipment cabinets (Exhibit 3) . <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />31A-2 <br />
