Main elapses on February 6. If there is <br />no compliance, the file will be referred to the Hearing Officer process. The <br />NV may eventually lead to a criminal case. <br />The 304 N. Broadway and 411 N. Broadway locations have been fined. <br />Progress has been made and our staff is in contact with the business <br />owners to ensure full compliance. <br />The Committee requested that staff check the windows at AutoZone. <br />Code Enforcement will contact the business owner/manager. <br />Fiesta Marketplace in Downtown has seen a lot of unlicensed vendors in <br />the area. Code Enforcement has been responding and there may be a <br />need to coordinate a task force with the Police Department and address <br />the issue together. <br />3. SANTA ANA BOULEVARD RENAISSANCE PROJECT UPDATE <br />Karen Haluza reported that, of the three proposals received, Moule & <br />Polyzoides Architects has been selected to prepare the Santa Ana <br />Renaissance Specific Plan. A recommendation to the City Council to <br />award a contract to Moule &Polyzoides Architects will be made at the <br />Council meeting on February 6. <br />Karen Haluza asked the Committee for its input on potential stakeholder <br />groups and individuals to be part of the public process. The Committee <br />gave the following names: Latino Health Access; Saint Joseph ~alle~ ~ ~`>- ` <br />Church/School; Garfield Elementary; Logan, Lacy, French Court and <br />French Park Neighborhood Associations; Downtown Business District <br />Associations; Loft Owners Association; The Boxing Club; Jerry King, <br />National History Museum; and Brian Lucas. <br />4. PROJECT UPDATES <br />a) 4T" Street Pushcart Status - <br />LA Manufacturing has completed the carts. The O.C. Health <br />Department has to complete one final inspection on the carts before <br />they can be released. Staff is working on a new city logo to be placed <br />on the carts for consistency. A ribbon cutting ceremony is being <br />. planned for mid March. <br />13B-18 <br />
