<br />We anticipate that our team would work closely with City staff throughout the proj-
<br />ect, and we would be responsive and flexible to any evolving concerns that may
<br />emerge. Although the Specific Plan and other reports will reflect our creative and pro-
<br />fessional influences, the ultimate project content and design will result from interac-
<br />tion with the public, City staff, any Stakeholder type(s) of Committee, the Planning
<br />Commission, and City Council. As such, we are prepared to revise the scope of work
<br />as necessary to best satisfy City objectives, budget, and timeframe.
<br />We practice a highly collaborative process of planning that employs consultants with
<br />a general expertise in district and neighborhood planning in mature, historic con-
<br />texts, and distinguished experience in their particular technical fields. Over time, we
<br />have established working relationships with some of the best such professionals in
<br />the country. For your project, we have assembled an exceptional team that includes
<br />key local talent as well as nationally recognized experts with particular experience on
<br />public -outreach based in Traditional Neighborhood Development and Specific Plans,
