SANTA ANA Proposal to amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan to redesignate properties in Historic French Park (SD-19) from medium-density residential to low-density residential, and establish in West Santa Ana a density between 7 and 15 units per acre to facilitate single-family developments on lots smaller than 6,000 square feet.
