Any person, entity, or organization you are required by an insured contract to include as an insured we will <br />include as an Insured under this policy but only with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, advertising <br />injury or property damage arising out of your operations or premises owned by or rented to you. This insurance <br />shall be limited to the extent of coverage and Limits of Liability required by the insured contract and shall not <br />increase the limits slated in SECTION III - LIMIT(S) OF INSURANCE or alter any of the terms of coverage <br />slated in this policy. The insured contract must be effective and executed prior to a covered occurrence.
