We will interview a maximum of two selected key personnel per site who may have <br />historical environmental information of the subject site. Client will be responsible for <br />supplying the mlllles and phone numbers of two leey personnel to be interviewed. <br /> <br />. Reasonably ascertaillllble geological and hydrogeological information for the general area <br />of the site. <br /> <br />Task 3.0 Site Recon1ltiissance <br /> <br />We will condUct a site visit to observe field conditions indicating recognizable environmental <br />conditions in wnnectioIl with the property which may include: <br /> <br />. ObviOus locatiori(s) of suspected past and present hazardous substance storage, application, <br />use, and disposal areas. <br /> <br />. ObvioUll locaticin(s) of. aboveground and underground storage tanks, pipellnes, well~, <br />tranSformers, and note building materials suspected to contain asbestos. <br /> <br />. ObviQus uses and environmental conditions of areas of concern as noted in the review of <br />the aerial photography. <br /> <br />. Note facilities adjacent to the site that have an obvious potential to affect the environmental <br />conditions at the site. <br /> <br />We may phol:ographically document adverse site conditions, if any, at the time of the site visi t. <br /> <br />Task 4.0 Final Report of Findings <br /> <br />A report of findings wiil be prepared for each properly which willlnclude the information obtained <br />from the Phase I environmental site assessment. The report will include photographs and pertinent <br />regulatory a&enCY documentation reganding the site. The report will discuss fmdings and <br />reconunendations. . <br /> <br />1.1 Asb~tos Lead Material Sampling and Analysis <br /> <br />In addition i,o Phase I :eSA. the single and multi.family residential properties will be checked for <br />the presence of asbestos and lead in for the purpose of establishing health and safety <br />requirementS during demolition and disposal requirements. <br /> <br />GeE underStand that these properties are presently occupied, but will be vacant at the time of <br />sampling, and that these properties need to be checked for the presence of asbestos and lead prior <br />to demoliticin and disposal of the construction debris. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />P,IO,....er'DPROI'OSLICily of Santa A..102P.12.(J9) Ellvironcmnlll5<rYi'..l.do< <br />
