Other services can be provided to <br />further assess the site conditioll5. These services include, but are not limited to soil and groundwater <br />sampling. lead and asbestos building material surveys, wetlands surveys, radon surveys, and <br />environmentill compliaiu:e assessments. These services can be provided for additional fees. <br /> <br />The proposed scope of work requested by the Client is limited to evaluating environmental <br />concems associated with the potential presence of hazardous substances in conjunction with the <br />aforementiohed property. The scope of services described here is not intended to be inclusive, to <br />identify all potential concerns, or to eliminate the possibility of environmental problems. Within <br />current tec~ology, no level of assessment can show conclusively that a property or its structures <br />are completely free of :hazardous substances. Therefore, GeE will not assume any responsibility <br />or liability for any claim, loss of property value, damage, or injury which results from pre- <br />existing haiardous substances being encountered or present on the proj<<t site, or from the <br />discovery of such hazardous substances. Acceptance of this proposal will indicate that the Client <br />bas reviewed the scope of service and determined that additional testing and studies are not <br />required at this time.
