Listed herein arc typical prices for services most frequently performed by GC Environmental, <br />Inc. Prices far other services notlislcd will be given upon request. <br /> <br />2. InVoices will be issued on a monthly basis, or upon completion of a project, whichever is <br />sooner. The net ca.~h amount oflhis invoice is payable on presentation of the invoice. <br /> <br />3. FOr hourly wOrkers, time worked in excess of eight bours per day and weekend work will bc <br />charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate. <br /> <br />4. Per diem will 'be charged at a rate of $75 per day per person or expenses plus 15%, whichever <br />is: greater. Per diem will be eharged for all projects in excess of 50 miles from the GC <br />Environmental, Inc. office. <br /> <br />5. oUtside services will include a 15% markup unless otherwise noted. <br /> <br />6. We are proteCted by Workel's Compensation Insurance, and will furnish certificates thereof <br />upon request. We assume the risk of damage to our own supplies and equipment. If your <br />cOntract or pUrchase order places greater responsibilities upon us or requires fwther insurancc <br />coverage, GCB will, when specifically directed by you, talce out additional insW"aIIce (if <br />piocurable) to protect us at your expense, but we shall not be responsible for property damage <br />from any cause, including fire and explosion, beyond the amounts of coverage of our <br />inSurance. <br /> <br />7. Ail envil'tllUDcntal samples may be returned to clients at GC Environmental, Inc.'s discretion <br />30 days after submission of final report, UIl1ess prior arrangements are made. <br /> <br />8. Proper disposal or handling of soil boring cuttings, well development and purge waters, <br />deCOlIlamination solutions, and other contaminatedlpotentially contaminated materials is the <br />rtspol1sibility of the client. GC Environmental, Inc. can provide containers for on-sile <br />containment and can advise the cliont regarding proper handling procedures. <br /> <br />9.
