Registered Geologist #6290, California <br /> <br />Professional Experience <br /> <br />Mr. F~cll is a Registered Geologist with over 12 years of experience in environmental sciences <br />including Solid Waste Assessment Tests (SWATs), groundwatet, surface water and vadose-zone <br />watet issUes as relatCd to landfills, landfill siting, Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) related to <br />landfill feasibility, closure and expansion plans, Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), remediation <br />systetn installation; Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II soil and <br />groundwtter assessinents; and undetground storage tank (UST) removal and closures. He has <br />been resPonsible for field operations and supervising field technicians during a groundwater <br />assessment at active and closed landfill sites including Superfund sites throughout southern <br />California. He has experience in completing site-specific Health and Safety Plans and has acted as <br />the site Health and Safety OffiCet on numerous projects. Additional experience includes working <br />knowledge of environmental regulations including but not limited to CCR Title 22 and 23; crn <br />Title 40, Subtitle D, and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1166. <br /> <br />Relevant Project Experience (Landfills) <br /> <br />Palmdale Class m Landfill- Geophysical I Hydrogeologie Study Palmdale, CA <br /> <br />Conducted geophysical, geologic and hydrogeologic survey for a future groundwater barrier <br />project, associated with an additional phase of groundwater sampling recommended by the <br />completed SWAT for this facility. The project included conducting two, 72-hoUT continuous <br />groundwater pumping tests and two slug tests using pressure transducers connected to a <br />computerized datalogger. Duties also included data analyses and computer modeling of aquifer <br />parameten based on the field data. <br />
