ORDINANCES FIRST READING 25.D. ZOA 88-013 - OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS FOR NON-RESIDENTIAL USES AND PARKING STANDARDS POLICY STATEMENTS Staff report and slide presentation by: Robyn Uptegraff, Executive Director, Planning and Building Agency Councilmember Pulido expressed his intention to ABSTAIN from the vote on Items 25.D. and 12.E. due to his ownership of an auto repair business. MOTION: l) Place Ordinance NS-2091 on first reading and authorize publication of title. 2) Allow all projects which have formally been submitted to plan check be exempt from these standards. FILE 625.55.15 3) Approve. Parking Standards Policy Statements as outlined in staff's memorandum dated October l, 1990. MOTION: l) Amend Ordinance NS-2091 by deleting clauses relating to Santa Aha Municipal Code Sections 41-1347, 1376, and 1379, and place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. 2) Allow all projects which have formally been submitted to plan check be exempt from these standards. FILE 625.55.15 3) Approve. Parking Standards Policy Statements as outlined in staff's memorandum dated October l, 1990. The City Attorney indicated that the offered motion would delete all standards with respect to those sections from the Municipal Code. SUBSTITUTE MOTION: l) Place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title. ORDINANCE NS-2091 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana revising the off-street parking regulations in the Zoning Chapter of the Municipal Code. 2) Allow all projects which have formally been submitted to plan check be exempt from these standards.
