The agreement <br />provides for equipment, supplies, and maintenance of the Police Department <br />facility with an on-site supervisor. Able Building Maintenance Company has <br />performed in a satisfactory manner and staff recommends exercising the last <br />one-year renewal option of this agreement. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds are available in the Police Department's Property & Building Other <br />Contractual Services Account (account no. 011-350-6291). <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br /> <br />/ II ' ~\ <br />' .Yu~ \ l .___ <br />Paul M.
