RE: Proposal to Provide On -Call Traffic Engineering Services Dear Mr. Sutaria: Willdan/WPA is pleased to submit this proposal to provide On -Call Traffic Engineering Services to the City of Santa Ana. We feel that the newly joined forces of Willdan/WPA can offer the City a unique combination of strengths which are of particular and specific relevance to the City's traffic engineering needs: • Willdan currently provides contract City Traffic Engineering services to over two dozen cities in Southern California (among them Tustin, Lake Forest and La Habra), and currently performs traffic design, studies, and grant applications for dozens of other Southland Cities. • One year ago, WPA Traffic Engineering, Inc. (based in Orange County since 1976) became part of Willdan, bringing WPA's renowned traffic expertise and knowledge of local communities. Project Manager Wes Pringle, P.E., T.E., P.T.O.E., has 41 years of professional experience. • Since Willdan has dedicated our practice to serving public agencies since 1964, our personnel bring an orientation of public service to every project and act as an extension of City staff. • Willdan has provided On -Call Civil Engineering services to the City for years. We have performed a Safe Route to School traffic study and design for the City. The only persons or company interested in the proposal as principals are named herein. This proposal was made without collusion with any other person(s), company or parties i' submitting a proposal. In all respects it is fair and in good faith without collusion or fraud. The signer below has full authority to bind the proposer. The key personnel listed shall be committed to perform the required tasks throughout the duration of the contract.
