Healy <br />Pursuant to Consultant Agreement #A-2001-113C, which you entered with the City of <br />Santa Ana, dated June 4, 2001, Section 3 — "Term", the time period of said Agreement is <br />hereby extended from June 30, 2003, until December 31, 2003.
