ATTACHMENT A <br />Consultant Rate Comparison Form <br />BI-ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR ON -CALL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />Consultant shall complete this form and include it with the comprehensive <br />fee schedule in the sealed fee envelope. <br />The purpose of this form is to provide the City with a basis of comparison of the <br />Consultant's fees. This form will be used for fee comparison purposes only. <br />This form includes cost worksheets for five types of traffic engineering services <br />covered by this contract: New Traffic Signal, Traffic Signal Modification, <br />Channelization Plan, Construction Zone Traffic Control Plan, and Preparation of <br />Grant Application. Relevant assumptions are noted on each worksheet. <br />The total summation of the cost worksheets will be used to compare the <br />Consultant's fees.
