First Street at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />8:01 P.M. - Councilmembers Griset and Pulido rejoined the meeting. <br /> <br />Presentation of staff report, recommendations and comments by: Cindy <br />Nelson, Executive Director, Community Development Agency <br /> <br />Presentation of written communications by Janice C. Guy, Clerk of the <br />Council: None <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing at 8:04 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: 1. Adopt resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91-023 - A resolution of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana finding and determining that the public interest and <br />necessity require the acquisition by eminent domain of a fee <br />title interest in that certain real property located at 2026 and <br />2030 West First Street {Orange County Assessor's Parcel No. <br />007-333-05), in the City of Santa Ana, as the site of a <br />corporation yard/maintenance facility, and authorizing and <br />directing condemnation thereof FILE 630.05 <br /> <br />2. Approve.
