Twenty-six locations have <br />been identified, and installation will occur, as funding is available. <br /> <br />b) Artist Villaqe Pedestrian Siqn Proqram - The directional sign program <br />within the Village will commence installation in March in conjunction with <br />the Second Street Mall lighting program. <br /> <br />5. PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) One Broadwav Plaza - Joseph Edwards reported that the project is still on <br />hold as negotiations continue between Caribou Industries and the Police <br />Officers Association. Once site acquisition is completed. the EIR can <br />move forward. <br /> <br />"" <br /> <br />b) Sav-On Druq Store Proiect Lofts - Larry Yenglin reported that Cal State <br />Fullerton and the developer continue to meet regarding management of <br />the residential units. It is critical that this move forward, as the store is <br />hoping to open in July. <br /> <br />c) Sales Tax Generation - Vicki Uehli and Patti Nunn reported on sales tax <br />generation for Main Street and Fourth Street. <br /> <br />d) SWC First and Main Streets - John Reekstin reported that negotiations <br />continue with Caribou Industries regarding development of the block. <br /> <br />6.
