<br />..... <br /> <br />· Three Administrative Officer Hearings were held regarding properties failing <br />to comply with original Notices of Violation. <br />· American Eagle is working with their insurance company to repair damage <br />from a traffic accident. <br />· A citation was issued to Orange County Mental Health Association for roof <br />repair without a permit. Staff is also investigating potential, multiple tenants in <br />the building. <br />· Complaints have been received regarding "bus terminal issues" on South <br />Main. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />MAIN STREET CONCOURSE STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />Joseph Edwards reported that the project has been scaled down to 300 "for sale" <br />residential units, 100 of which will be live/work. The owner, TransAction <br />Financial, is still pursuing retailers; however, lack of surface parking is hindering <br />their marketing efforts. They are currently revising their design. The Committee <br />provided input on the scope and intensity of the project. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />..... <br /> <br />a) SWC First and Main Streets - John Reekstin reported that negotiations <br />continue with Caribou Industries regarding development of the block. <br /> <br />b) MainlWarner School Site - Vicki Uehli provided a site plan showing minimal <br />landscaping at the corner of Main and Warner. The City Council asked staff <br />to again discuss the cul-de-sac issue and corner landscape treatment with the <br />School District. <br /> <br />c) Fence at RR on South Main - Vicki Uehli reported that the new bike trail <br />project has been completed, which included a fence along the public right-of- <br />way. The fence in question is located on private property with multiple <br />ownerships. Staff has contacted some of the owners to remove their fence, <br />which they will bring up at their next association meeting. <br /> <br />d) DSABA - John Reekstin provided an update. <br /> <br />6.
