APPROVAL OF MINUTES - March 12, 2003 <br /> <br />Action: Councilmember Bist moved and Councilmember Alvarez seconded <br />the approval of the minutes. <br /> <br />2. PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />Code Enforcement and the Community Development Agency will contact <br />businesses that have violations and inform them of the rebate program. <br /> <br />3. PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) SWC First and Main Streets - John Reekstin reported that negotiations <br />continue with Caribou Industries regarding development of the block and that <br />rehab continues with the Automotive Building and residential units.
