PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />No report was provided. <br /> <br />3. UPDATE ON 4th STREET PUSHCARTS <br /> <br />Joe Fletcher reported that the City had adopted an ordinance banning pushcarts <br />on 4th Street. This was challenged in court and the ordinance was overturned. <br />The settlement agreement required the vendors to wear uniforms, buy new carts <br />and also included maintenance provisions. This item was continued to July for <br />further information from Matt Lamb regarding the status of settlement <br />implementation. <br /> <br />"" <br />
