Councilmember Richardson encouraged the listening audience to obtain a <br />copy of the L.A. Times summary of the Orange County Jail issue by calling <br />966-4632 or 966-4628. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Pulido requested that the issue of "9randfathering" as it <br />pertains to Planning issues be set for discussion at a future Council Work <br />Study Session. <br /> <br />In response to Mayor Pro Tem Pulido's query, the Police Chief reported <br />that two traffic-speed indicators had been ordered and, due to heavy <br />demand for such mechanisms, he had had difficulty in borrowing a sample <br />unit.
