<br />3. <br /> <br />PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />a) SWC First and Main Streets - A revised Deal Point Letter has been <br />submitted to the developer. A restaurant operator has still not been identified <br />for the project, which is currently going through the site plan review and <br />environmental process. It is expected to be presented for Planning <br />Commission approval in early November. <br /> <br />b) Main Street Concourse - The developer has submitted into site plan review. <br />Staff is working with the developer to enhance pedestrian circulation and <br />other site issues. <br /> <br />c) One Broadwav Plaza - The environmental review period has closed. Staff is <br />preparing responses to the various comments received on the project. The <br />project is also going through the site plan review process. <br /> <br />d) YMCA - Power has been restored to the building enabling staff to show the <br />building to potential developers. <br /> <br />e) Fence Adiacent to Bike Trail- A Notice of Violation was issued, and follow-up <br />calls have been initiated. The next step will be to proceed to a hearing. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />f) Court of Appeals - Staff is pursuing discussions with the County regarding <br />parking alternatives. <br /> <br />g) Main/Warner School Site - There was no change in status. <br /> <br />h) 4th Street Pushcart Status - Staff is working with one vendor to meet with <br />bidders regarding specifications. <br /> <br />i) South Main Public Improvements - Budaet. Schedule and Archwav Sian - A <br />budget and timeline were distributed. Staff is working with merchants to plan <br />a ribbon cutting ceremony for the sidewalk and street improvements that have <br />been completed between First and Edinger. <br /> <br />4.
