Santa Ana will submit a proposal on <br />both public and private sites. <br /> <br />f) 4th Street Pushcart Status - Staff is finalizing the pushcart proposal that will <br />be submitted for review shortly. Once the proposal has been approved it will <br />be submitted to the vendors for their approval and then put out to bid. Carts <br />are estimated at $9,800 each and the schedule appears to be on target. <br /> <br />4. GRAND AVENUE DESIGN DISTRICT <br /> <br />John Reekstin provided a status report on the District. Councilmember Solorio <br />requested that a written memo be presented to the Committee outlining the <br />project and identifying options. <br /> <br />liw <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />UTILITY POLE BANNER PROGRAM <br /> <br />Mary Gonzalez from the Public Works Agency provided an overview of the City's <br />policy on banners. The program allows non-profit organizations to submit an <br />application to hang banners for a 4-month period. The program requires <br />approval of the application, a permit fee and adequate insurance coverage. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br />7.
