APPROVAL OF MINUTES - March 17,2004 <br /> <br />Action: The minutes were approved 2:0 <br /> <br />2. PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />Bruce Dunams reported that Notices of Violation continue to be issued in the <br />Downtown and South Main areas. A letter has been sent to Ricci Zukkerman, <br />owner of the Otis Building informing her that the city has taken all steps possible <br />regarding relocation of the bus stop. The next step will be to enforce the repair of <br />awnings and painting of the building. The South Main business installing illegal <br />flags and banners along the bike trail has been cited. <br /> <br />~ <br />
