APPROVAL OF MINUTES - September 15, 2004 <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />The minutes were approved 2:0 <br /> <br />2. PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />La Casa de Ceramica at 2431 S. Main Street has a new manager. In the last few <br />weeks, it has incurred $1,500 in fines from Code Enforcement. Downtown is now <br />getting citations rather then warnings. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the ARCO station and the auction. Lisa requested <br />an update by Alvaro. <br /> <br />-... <br /> <br />Alvaro passed out pictures on the Spurgeon Building and the conditions that <br />were seen during the inspection on Wednesday, January 12, 2005. Owner of the <br />property gave consent in writing to Code Enforcement to inspect the property. <br />The types of violations on the property were damage to some areas and deferred <br />maintenance issues. There are approximately 60 units in the building with 50% <br />
