MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />APRIL 15, 1991 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, by the Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
