<br />'"" <br /> <br />\.- <br /> <br />'"" <br /> <br />Ms. Stroud directed a question to Chief Walters as to the <br />Department's policy on pedestrian safety and jaywalking fines. <br /> <br />Ms. Edge identified some of their concerns and issues related to <br />ongoing parking problems and illegal activities in the park and <br />around the Sandpointe Neighborhood. She provided items to the <br />committee she had collected at the park. <br /> <br />Ms. Edge also asked about the timeframe that fireworks are allowed <br />to be sold, which is from noon July 1 to Midnight July 4. <br /> <br />6. COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br />Council member Alvarez requested reports of the following issues: <br />. Incidents of fireworks booth violations from last five years; <br />. Correlation between seasons of crime that may need extra <br />staffing; and <br />.
