COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br />The councilmembers asked for the following items on the next meeting agenda: <br /> <br />Councilmember Christy: Front yard residential fence regulations. particularly the issue <br />of fences that are started but never finished; and owners of yard areas near schools who <br />are being cited and held responsible for maintenance even though their yards are being <br />destroyed by student trespassers. <br /> <br />Councilmember Bis!: Update on status of proposed regulation of human signs, and <br />update on regulations on news racks in the public right of way.
