OO for 1991-92 and <br />increasing the tax cap by $1,000. OO for each year thereafter through <br />1995-96; place ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of <br />title. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-2132 - An ordinance of the City of Santa Ana amending <br />Article VI of Chapter 35 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code relating to Utility <br />Users Tax - Finance and Management Services Agency <br /> <br />2.
