Whitaker, Planning and <br />Building Agency Executive Director Jay Trevino, Chief Assistant City Attorney Benjamin <br />Kaufman, Senior Community Preservation Inspector Beth Aldecoa, Redevelopment <br />'--' Assistant, Danell Mercado, Senior Planner Sergio Klotz, and Assistant Planner Lucy <br />Linnaus <br /> <br />Community members present: Elsa Gomez <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - November 3,2005 <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />The minutes were approved 2:0 (Absent: Alvarez) <br /> <br />2. PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />A hearing has been schedule in January with the Casa de Ceramica property at <br />2541 South Main and 1121 S. Main regarding the banners and unpermitted <br />signs. If there is no compliance after the Hearing, the NV may eventually lead to <br />a criminal case. <br /> <br />"'" <br /> <br />Enforcement regarding windows in the Downtown area is continuing. Inspector <br />Nunez will provide the Committee with a list of the business owners of record <br />who have been cited. <br />
