Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Lisa Bist. <br /> <br />Staff members present: Deputy City Manager of Development Services, Steve Harding, <br />Community Development Agency Executive Director Patricia C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 2, 2005 <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />The minutes were approved 2:0 (Absent: Bist) <br /> <br />2. PROPOSED CODE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br /> <br />Item continued to August 4 meeting -- Citations will continue to be issued to the <br />Casa de Ceramica property at 2531 South Main regarding the banners and <br />signs. They will be fined once a week, which may eventually lead to a criminal <br />case. <br /> <br />Code Enforcement is having difficulty in obtaining a responsible party to issue a <br />Notice of Violation to regarding Clear Channer Billboard located just south of <br />2540 South Main by the railroad. Update will be provided at the next meeting <br />regarding action taken. <br /> <br />"'" <br />
