All of the organizations, <br />with the exception of Casa Teresa, were unable to expend their grants on <br />ESG budgeted, eligible expenses by the end of the grant fiscal year. <br />Casa Teresa withdrew from the program as it was experiencing some <br />staffing concerns and felt it could not meet the program requirements. <br />20D-3 <br />
