The Mayor opened the public hearing at 6:20 p.m. regarding the proposal to amend to the <br />Fiscal Year 91-92 Final Statement of the Community Development Block Grant Program for <br />the Bristol Widening Project, to recognize additional grant revenue, and to reallocate funds <br />from the Windsor Park Concession Stand Project to the Jerome Park Concession Stand. <br /> <br />Presentation of staff report and staff comments by: Cindy Nelson, Executive Director, <br />Community Development Agency <br /> <br />Presentation of written comments by Janice C.
