<br />Section 4. The City Council certifies that the Project is compatible with the <br />land use plans of those jurisdictions immediately surrounding the Project. <br /> <br />Section 5. The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency or his designee, as <br />agent for the City of Santa Ana to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all <br />documents, including but not limited to applications, agreements, amendments, <br />payment requests and compliance with all applicable current state and federal laws <br />which may be necessary for the completion of the aforementioned project. <br /> <br />Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2006. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
