<br />I. INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The Heninger Park Neighborhood Association may at its sole discretion establish an <br />Architectural Review Committee made up of landowners and residents of the neighborhood <br />which may act as an advisory body of the Association with regard to planning matters submitted <br />to the City of Santa Ana Planning Commission, Historic Resources Commission and City <br />Council. If an Architectural Review Committee is established by the Association, the <br />Association shall provide contact information to the City so the City can provide notice of <br />projects in the neighborhood. If an Architectural Review Committee is not established, the City <br />shall provide notice to the President of the Association. If there is no Association president, the <br />City shall be subject to state noticing requirements, and not be subject to any additional noticing <br />requirements contained herein. The architectural standards that are contained herein set forth <br />some of the standards and processes the City staff follows in developing recommendations. <br />These standards are also a guide to assist residents and property owners in the design of <br />exterior improvements and additions within the Heninger Park neighborhood. This document <br />references the Heninger Park Neighborhood Association; this would include an Architectural <br />Review Committee if so established by the Association. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />I b""-~ <br />
