In our over 30 -year history, we have prepared more than <br />5,000 practical, solution -oriented environmental documents, many of which have received <br />awards at the state and national levels. Our local understanding will reflect in the quality and <br />credibility of work on the proposed project. A complete description of our local and relevant <br />experience is also included. <br />EIP has assembled a uniquely qualified project team that is collectively able to provide the full <br />range of technical and professional skills necessary for this project. Each of the members of <br />the project team is highly regarded in their respective fields of expertise and has <br />demonstrated experience that is directly relevant to the proposed project. The EIP Project <br />Management Team and technical staff have the ability to provide necessary technical <br />information, unbiased recommendations, and solutions to potential conflicts that may arise as <br />the project moves forward. The project team members and brief summaries of their areas of <br />expertise are described below. <br />EIP Associates Project Management Team <br />Preparation of an EIR for the proposed project requires the careful allocation of staff with <br />relevant knowledge regarding mixed-use development and experience with key issues in the <br />project area. EIP has assembled a core Project Management Team (PMT) to oversee all <br />project tasks, direct EIP and subconsultant staff, and coordinate directly with City staff to <br />ensure an efficient, effective process throughout the duration of the project. The PMT will <br />oversee and coordinate all activities, including a final review of all documents to do the <br />following: <br />■ Ensure compliance with CEQA guidelines, technical accuracy, and objectivity; <br />■ Review all technical data to ensure that it is accurately and precisely incorporated into <br />the environmental analyses; <br />■ Provide consistency checks to ensure that significance thresholds are applied accurately <br />and consistently within each topical section; and <br />■ Ensure that impacts and conclusions in all sections are consistently stated. <br />
