IV. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />A. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />historical resource as defined in Section 15064.5? <br />8. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />unique archaeological resource pursuant to Section 15064.57 <br />C. Directly or indirectly disturb or destroy a unique <br />paleontogical resource or site? <br />D. Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside of <br />formal cemeteries. <br />No Impact <br />According to the City of Santa Ana General Plan Land Use Element <br />EIR, Santa Ana is known to contain both historical and <br />archaeological resources. There is also the probability that <br />unknown human remains could exist in the City. <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the single family <br />residential development would not result in impacts to any known <br />or unknown cultural resources. While single family residential <br />land uses developed under the amended standards could result in <br />impacts to cultural resources, the city's development review <br />process would evaluate potential impacts to cultural resources. <br />The amendments to correct, clarify and update residential front <br />yard fences, definitions, second dwellings units, laundromats, <br />vending machines, townhouses, specific development standards and <br />Specific Development No. 40 zone district would not result in <br />any adverse impacts to cultural resources. <br />V. GEOLOGY/SOILS <br />A-1. Rupture of a known earthquake fault, as <br />most recent Alquist-Priolo Earthquake <br />issued by the State geologist for the <br />other substantial evidence of a known fau <br />A-2.
