Multiple-family dwelling units with a maximum density of one unit per <br />1,250 square feet of lot area. <br />2. Any use permitted in the R2 Zone pursuant to Section 41-247. <br />Minimum Gross Floor Areas <br />Unit sides shall exceed the following minimums subject to the General Development <br />Standards: <br />1. Bachelor unit -Four hundred fifty (450) square feet <br />2. One Bedroom unit -Five hundred fifty (550) square feet <br />3. Two or more bedrooms units -Seven hundred fifty (750) square feet <br />Minimum Lot Sizes <br />Minimum lot sizes shall be 13,500 square feet or thirty (30%) percent of one (1) acre. <br />Minimum lot frontage shall be ninety (90) feet. <br />Height Limit <br />Structural height limit shall not exceed forty-five (45) feet. <br />Ordinance No. NS- XXX <br />Page 7 of 19 <br />75C-95 <br />
