Minimum Lot Sizes <br />Minimum lot sizes shall be 13,500 square feet or thirty (30%) percent of one (1) acre. <br />Minimum lot frontage shall be ninety (90) feet. <br />Height Limit <br />Structural height limit not to exceed forty-five (45) feet. <br />Minimum Gross Floor Area <br />1. Residential -same as Project Area 1. <br />2. Commercial/Professional -Side yard shall not be less than four (4) feet.
